Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or arrives broken. In which case you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges are possible for items of equal or lesser value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

I placed an order where is it?

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out on the next business day. We are closed on public holidays, so please take this into account when placing an order.
